PROGRAMS

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Semi-private group training sessions capped at 10 participants. A typical training session will consist of: mobility, dynamic warm-up, strength training, conditioning, core. This program is designed to help participants improve strength, conditioning, flexibility, mobility, and body composition (fat loss, muscle gain, etc.). While we do provide a competitive atmosphere, it is not essential that you compete with each other, BUT it is essential that you compete with yourself: always striving to be better than yesterday.

MOVEMENT SCHOOL

All new members must attend Movement School. In this class we will teach you how to move properly. We will teach you the basics of barbell training as well how to breathe and activate core while lifting weights. Proper technique is one of the most important aspects of training when it comes to staying healthy and sustaining results over time. We want to make sure you are cleared for take off before entering the big leagues. These classes will take place for maximum of 8 classes, but you can test out sooner at the discretion of G-Strength staff members.

COUPLES TRAINING

1 on 2 private training. This is essentially personal training with your significant other or best friend. While you don’t have to be a couple, you do have to be a pair (2 participants). If you need someone to hold you accountable and get you to the gym, this may be the right choice for you.

TEAM TRAINING

We provide a program for the whole team customized to improve on-field performance for all sports. All team members train at the same time. Due to space restrictions, training is capped at 15 participants at G-Strength.

1 on 1 private training tailored specifically to meet the needs and wants of the client. Whatever the goal, we will design and implement a program that will get results in the most efficient way possible.
