SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

The program is for adults looking to feel, move, and look better while building a healthier lifestyle. Our science-based principles produce the safest and most effective way to train. Our program is designed to help participants improve strength, conditioning, flexibility, mobility, and body composition (fat loss and muscle gain). While we do provide a competitive atmosphere, it is NOT essential that you compete with each other. It IS essential that you compete with yourself. We want you always striving to be better than yesterday.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE

This program is for competitive athletes (youth, high school, college, professional). Our science-based principles produce the safest and most effective way to train. Our program is designed to help participants improve strength, conditioning, flexibility, mobility, and body composition (fat loss and muscle gain). This will lead to improved performance on the playing field. While we do provide a competitive atmosphere, it is NOT essential that you compete with each other. It IS essential that you compete with yourself. We want you always striving to be better than yesterday.

In partnership with Balanced Habits, we provide a simplistic road map for your nutrition to help you change your life. You will receive:

3. Individualized Portion Sheets
4. Weekly Weigh-Ins & Measurements
5. Accountability
6. Education
7. Exercise Recommendations
8. Coaching from our certified Food Coaches.
