Joining G-Strength was easily the best decision of 2022. At the time, I didn't really know what strength training entailed, but I knew I needed a fitness option that would get me in better shape and keep me interested. Nine months later, I'm in the best shape of my life! It's a great environment if you're new to fitness classes - the small class size, personal attention from the trainers, and welcoming atmosphere made it easy to transition from no exercise routine to going to class three days a week. I particularly appreciate Giancarlo and Dan's focus on correct form, which has helped me take on greater challenges week after week. They've done a lot to create an inclusive, positive environment, and have built a friendly, supportive community. Highly recommended!

After about two years without a gym, I’ve been at G Strength for about six weeks now - and I’m loving it! The coaches are personable, patient and super knowledgeable. I wanted to start strength training as a complement to my yoga practice and joined G-Strength a month ago, and I could not be happier with my decision. I absolutely love the small group training format, and working with a trainer has been priceless. Daniel brings the perfect blend of professionalism and encouragement, while also pushing me to my potential. My performance has skyrocketed and I'm working with weights that I never thought I'd reach so quickly (started at 15-20lb goblet squats Week 1 and progressed to 40lbs in just a month, who am I?!). The direction on form and progression is invaluable. I especially wanted to work smart with the time I have, and the 60 minute classes and workouts with a focus on compound exercises are perfect for my schedule. Could not be happier and I'll keep coming here for as long as I'm in Philly!

Dedicated Personal Training in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

G-Strength (East Kensington) is located on 2041-55 Coral St, Philadelphia, PA. From Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) get on I-95 N in Philadelphia from Garage Access Rd, and head east on Industrial Hwy. Then continue straight to stay on Industrial Hwy, and slight left onto Garage Access Rd. Next use the 2nd from the left lane to turn slightly left to stay on Garage Access Rd, and use the right lane to take the ramp to I-95 N. Afterwards, use the left lane to follow signs for Philadelphia/I-95 N and merge onto I-95 N. At this point follow I-95 N to Richmond St, and take exit 23 from I-95 N. After that merge onto I-95 N, and take exit 23 toward Delaware Ave. Next take Aramingo Ave N and E York St to Abigail St, and turn right onto Richmond St. Then turn right onto Aramingo Ave N, and turn left onto E York St. At this point at the traffic circle, continue straight to stay on E York St, and turn left onto Coral St. Finally, turn left onto Abigail St, and G-Strength (East Kensington) will be on the right.

We are open Monday to Thursday from 06:00-19:30, Friday from 06:00-18:30, and Saturday from 07:30-12:00.
