“Gian from G-Strength has been training me for just over a year. Prior to my workouts with G-Strength I was in good shape, but had been to a weight room only a handful of times. I also suffered from muscle spasms in my neck a few times a year that physical therapy, resistance band exercises, and chiropractor visits only seemed to treat temporarily.
